Customers may also be required to provide an unboxing video as proof when reporting damage or defects.
Our team will review the request and, if the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Please note:
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.
Minor variations in packaging, colour, or appearance that do not affect the product’s functionality will not be considered defects.
Products that appear used, altered, or damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for replacement.
